(QA) Quality Assurance for Towel Production
Mango United has built a system of qualified manufacture facilities with eligible experts and skillful workers who are effortfully conveying a simple task of bringing the best towels to our clients.
Mango United has set up Strict Quality Assurance throughout manufacture processes from yarn purchasing, woven, dyeing till finishing and in addition, to ensure the excellent quality of the towels, our professional QA team has carefully worked on each document issue and production check point of our towel production workflow.
To guarantee our export towels meet the ISO/JIS standards of the water absorption and color fastness, we watchfully follow the bellow procedures:
1. Certified Cotton Yarns of prominent spinning factories, especially, the certifications of OEKO-TEX, COTTON USA, BCI for Combed Yarns and Carded Yarns.
2. Proper Quality Control solutions with suitable checkpoints for the whole production stages:
- Woven: Beaming, Weaving, Inspecting of grey towels
- Dyeing: Chemicals and Dyes supplied by manufacturers of EU, Japan and South Korea; no banned chemicals and substances
- Finishing: pre-cutting checks of towels; sewing check, QA recheck and needle inspection
