WEAVING TOWEL
As one of the largest textile companies in Vietnam, our towel weaving line is equipped with synchronized machinery to produce a wide range of high-quality towels. The weaving process is equipped with VAMATEX – ITALIA automatic looms, particularly with electronic Jacquard heads that can weave intricate floral patterns and decorative designs, meeting the diverse needs of our customers. Our annual production capacity is 2000 tons, with 100% of the output being exported (customers include the US, Japan, Korea, the EU, etc.).
Knitting
The Knitting – Dyeing – Finishing production line for knitted fabrics is equipped with modern and synchronized machinery from Germany, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea:
– **Knitting process:** Utilizing circular knitting machines from renowned brands such as Mayer & Cie, Terrot, Kemyong, and Pailung. Capable of knitting basic Single, Rib, Interlock fabrics, and their derivatives. Flat knitting and Jacquard machines from brands like Matsuya and Shimaseiki are also used.
– **Dyeing process:** Equipped with both conventional and high-pressure automatic dyeing machines programmed for various cycles. Also includes Bobbin yarn dyeing machines.
– **Finishing process:** Features high-capacity drying and shaping machines, and compacting machines that control fabric shrinkage.
– **Dyeing laboratory:** A modern facility equipped with Datacolor spectrophotometers for color matching.
Additionally, there are new production lines for:
– **Knitting, dyeing, brushing, shearing, and creating fleece:** Producing single-sided and double-sided brushed fleece fabrics.
– **Single Jacquard knitting machines:** Equipped with automatic multi-color yarn feeders, creating computer-designed patterns.
